Second Bloom collects the information you choose to provide, such as your email address when you join The Weekly Edit. We use it to maintain your subscription and communicate about Second Bloom.

If you join the Arizona nurse practitioner visit waitlist or the nationwide non-clinical health coaching interest list, we collect only your first name, email address, state, and permission to contact you about that option. Please do not send personal health information to Second Bloom.

Arizona clinical visits, if offered, are limited to people physically located in Arizona and are handled through the provider-controlled scheduling and clinical workflow. The nationwide non-clinical health coaching option is separate from clinical care. Provider privacy materials apply once you leave Second Bloom. Second Bloom does not represent this website as a clinical intake or HIPAA-covered provider system.

We do not sell personal information. Some links may direct you to third-party retailers, whose privacy practices apply once you leave our site.
