Arizona clinical care is limited to people physically located in Arizona at the time of the visit, where the nurse practitioner is licensed. Scheduling and clinical intake are handled through the provider-controlled workflow.

24-Hour Cancellation, No-Show & Fee Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use your appointment link at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

Changes made with fewer than 24 hours' notice and missed visits may be treated as late cancellations or no-shows and may be charged a $50 late-cancellation/no-show fee. A late cancellation or no-show may also affect future scheduling where permitted by the signed financial policy.

If unexpected circumstances arise, please make any needed change through your appointment link as soon as possible. For non-urgent scheduling questions, contact Second Bloom by email only and do not include private medical information in your message.
