The 8-week structure
A clear place to begin, revisit, and keep going.
Foundations Coaching offers a non-clinical space for education, reflection, and practical routine planning. The package is available nationwide and remains separate from Arizona-only nurse practitioner care.
- 8 weeks of nationwide, non-clinical coaching
- One 45-minute kickoff session
- Five 30-minute coaching sessions
- A personalized non-medical routine plan
- Between-session accountability through an agreed coaching channel

Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical records, treatment questions, or other private health information through the discovery-call interest form. If you need medical advice or urgent care, contact an appropriately licensed clinician or emergency services.

24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment using your booking link.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, may be considered a late cancellation or no-show and may be charged a $50 late-cancellation/no-show fee. The session may also be counted as used.
For genuine emergencies, Second Bloom may consider an exception at its discretion; a waiver is not guaranteed. Please make any needed change as soon as possible through your appointment confirmation.
